The Soakdo caravan is an island-based experience product. We have organized the questions guests ask most often before using it, such as tide timing, arrival time, and guest room booking.
01 WEATHER & TIDE What if I am unsure about the weather or tide timing?
Because Soakdo is an island area, the times when the tide comes in and goes out can vary by season. In particular, tide schedules can change between winter and summer, so please check before your visit.
If it is difficult for you to check the tide schedule or travel timing yourself, or if you want accurate information, please contact customer support and we will help you check before your visit.
Weather and tide conditions can affect site access and usage time, so we recommend checking them before you travel.
02 RENTAL TIME What happens if I arrive a little late?
The caravan operates in reserved time slots, and usage time is managed strictly for the next guest.
Even if you arrive after your reserved start time, we may not be able to extend the finish time because of the next booking. Please try to arrive as close as possible to your reserved start time.
To enjoy the full experience time, we recommend arriving a little before your reserved start time.
03 GUEST ROOM How do I book a guest room?
A QR code linking to the guest room booking platform is available next to the caravan and in the cafe.
After scanning the QR code and logging into the booking platform, you can check the current number of rooms remaining and real-time availability.
Room availability can change in real time, so if you plan to stay overnight, please check in advance before use.
